Selecting a coach can be difficult. I think that you'll find that my 20+ years of experience as an athlete and coach has prepared me to help you reach your potential. However, I also have certifications and degrees.

- Three time all-american
- 1981 - '83: Led Old Dominion University field hockey team to 3 national championships
- 1984: B.A. in Health & Physical Education from Old Dominion University
- 1981 - '89: U.S. National Field Hockey Team
- 1983: Field Hockey World Cup (Malaysia)
- 1984: Honda Broderick Award for most outstanding field hockey player in the nation
- 1984: Old Dominion University female athlete of the year
- 1985: Old Dominion University female athlete of the year (co-winner)
- 1987: Field Hockey World Cup (Holland)
- 1988: U.S. Olympic Field Hockey Team (Seoul, Korea)
- 1989: Inducted into the Old Dominion University hall of fame
- 1992 - present: Owner and director of Circleplay, Inc.; conducting field hockey camps and clinics through the United States
- 1994: As head coach, took James Madison University's Women's field hockey team to the national championship
- 1995: Inducted into the Virginia sports hall of fame
- 2004: Inducted into the United States Field Hockey hall of fame
- 2004: Inducted into the James Madison University sports hall of fame
- 2006: Member of the Florida Crisis Response Team
- 2006: Graduated from CoachU, a certified life coaching school
- 2007: Wellness coach certification (NESTA)
