Women's Wellness Boot Camp Q&A

Q Do I have to be fit to be a part of the boot camp?
A. No, we have all levels of fitness; our goal is to meet you where you are and to take you to a new level.
Q. Is there a lot of running involved?
A. There is some running each day, but if you are able to walk you will still benefit greatly.
Q. How can I best prepare for my first session?
A. Come with an open, non-judgmental mind.
Q. What do I need for the first session?
A. Because there is some physical activity in each session, we ask that your physician approves you participating in our program. We ask that you bring a mat, water bottle and pen and paper.
Q. What can expect to gain?
A. Fitness, Awareness of self, balance in life, connection with likeminded women.
Q. I am already an athlete why would I want to be a part of this?
A. You would want to be a part of this to learn, to grow, to be motivated and inspired to take yourself to the next level!
Q. What if I am training for a specific race or event.
A. The boot camp would support you, but you may want to go with a one on one session with Coach Morgan so that your specific needs are met.
Q. Can I sign up for more than 1 month?
A. Yes! You can stay in the program for as long as you like!
